We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy and you would like to exchange an item for store credit you must follow the following guidelines:

PLEASE NOTE: You have 10 days from the time you receive your order to make a request for credit. If past 10 days you will only be issued 50% of the value purchased.
You will be issued a RA# (return authorization)
PLEASE NOTE: Once you are issued a return authorization RA # you have 10 days to return merchandise back to Dressy Girl. If we receive a return past 10 days you will receive 50% of the credit.
All returns are subject to a $5 Restocking fee.
2. Send the item back to us at your expense (shipping is non refundable)

3. Once we receive the item and it meets the resale standards, we will email you with a credit code to purchase something new. If it does not meet the resale requirements then you will not be issued a credit so please make sure the item is in mint condition. All tags must be attached and items cannot be washed or worn.
PLEASE NOTE: Shoes, accessories and SALE items are final sale and cannot be exchanged for credit.
Online purchases may be exchanged in store but you have to send an email to email@example.com and get an RA# (return authorization)
PLEASE NOTE: Our timelines in giving credit for product are time sensitive due to the fact that we sell through items fast and if you wait months to return something it looses value. So please understand the need in our policy deadlines.
We offer Free shipping on all U.S orders and we use USPS United States Postal Office
PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for packages that are stolen on your doorstep or anywhere else on the property once it has been delivered. Tracking on your order is given and your responsibility to watch out for it.
