Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy and you would like to exchange an item you must follow the following guidelines:

1. Send us an email and tell us you would like to exchange your item.

You will be issued a RA# (return authorization)

2. Send the item back to us at your expense (shipping is non refundable)

3. Once we receive the item and it meets the resale standards, we will email you with a credit to purchase something new. If it does not meet the resale requirements then you will not be issued a credit so please make sure the item is in mint condition. 

PLEASE NOTE: Shoes, accessories and SALE items are final sale and cannot be exchanged. 

Online purchases may be exchanged in store.
